Privacy Policy
This privacy policy ("Policy") should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use. It explains how Manoeuvre Group Inc. ("Manoeuvre," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit manoeuvregroup.com (the "Website"), contact us, apply for a role with us, or subscribe to our newsletter.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.
Who we are and where this Policy applies
Manoeuvre Group Inc. is headquartered in Quebec, Canada. Our client work is international, spanning Canada, the United States, Germany, and France. Because of that, this Policy is written to satisfy three overlapping frameworks:
Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Law 25"), which governs how we handle personal information as a Quebec business.
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"), which applies to our commercial activities nationally.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), which applies when we collect personal information from individuals located in the European Union or European Economic Area, including our clients and contacts in Germany and France.
Where these frameworks differ, we apply the higher standard of protection.
Our Privacy Officer
Manoeuvre has designated the following person as responsible for the protection of personal information, in accordance with Law 25:
Khoi Truong, President, info@manoeuvregroup.com
Any question, complaint, or request regarding this Policy or how we handle your personal information should be directed to the Privacy Officer at the address above.
